As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Gain a strong foundation in client service principles and cultivate a positive team culture
- Develop skills in consumer engagement, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Acquire knowledge of retail and client business essentials
- Plan and manage department workloads on a monthly and quarterly basis to support business objectives while leading a team to achieve service and sales goals
- Oversee hourly team members and leaders, while devising business strategies and objectives
- Utilize your recruiting, selection, and talent management skills to build and lead a high-performing team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
